Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or made-to-order bridal dresses
- Items marked as final sale
- Worn, damaged, or altered products
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
